100 Mile House hosts the "Score Wars" Hockey Tournament this weekend

Two Minor Hockey teams from 100 Mile House are hosting the "Score Wars" Hockey Tournament this weekend.
The first two games were played Friday evening and the balance of the 16 games will be played Saturday and Sunday, starting at 8:45am when the 100 Mile House Ainsworth team plays Williams Lake. At 11:45, Primal Electric plays Prince George, Ainsworth will take on Williams Lake at 4:00pm and Primal Electric plays the final game of the day Saturday against Kamloops at 7:15.
There will be plenty of trophies, t-shirts and prizes for the players. In addition, a silent auction will take place all day Saturday with items to bid on like autographed, framed Canucks photos and pucks, a handmade bench, a $300 Gift Certificate from United Concrete and Gravel, and 22 mixed gift baskets from various sponsors. There will also be a 50/50 draw held at the end of the tournament.
Come out to show these seven and eight years olds that their community cares.
