Arrests made in Quesnel Internet fraud case

After a lengthy criminal code investigation, twelve counts of Fraud Under $5,000 have been sworn against both Karin Leeanna Adams and Charles Bruce Kirkbride of Quesnel, BC.
Adams and Kirk were the subjects of a complaint involving internet based scams which occurred between October of 2008 and September of 2009. The charges involved fraudulent transactions involving the sales of dogs and horses via the Internet.

Adams and Kirk were arrested on unendorsed warrants for the offences and are to appear in court on January 12, 2010.
