$2.7 million drug bust near 100 Mile House yesterday

With the assistance of various North District RCMP support units, members of the 100 Mile House RCMP executed a search warrant on a rural residence near 105 Mile on November 30. A large out-building, built to grow marijuana, was located on the property.RCMP seized 3,963 plants and about 40 pounds of dried marijuana bud.
RCMP estimate the street value of the seizure to exceed $2.7 million dollars.
RCMP also seized over $1 million dollars in offence-related property including four trucks, a backhoe and two very large commercial diesel generators on triple axle trailers.
Three males, one from Vancouver Island and two from the Lower Mainland, were arrested on scene and will be facing charges on Production of Marijuana.
