A vehicle was observed stopping and turning around short of the check stop.  This vehicle was then stopped, through investigation it was determined that the driver was not in possession of a valid drivers license.  The driver was issued a violation ticket for three separate motor vehicle offenses and released.  The vehicle was towed and impounded.
