Olympic tickets to MP's wrong, NDP

(Kamloops) Federal NDP candidate Michael Crawford was shocked to hear that federal Conservatives are handing out prized Olympic tickets to members of parliament.
“How can this Prime Minister justify spending almost $500,000 on Olympic tickets to hand over to members of parliament when taxpayers, who are footing the bill for the games have to stand in line and enter lotteries to get theirs?” asked Crawford.
“This is wrong and there won’t be too many Canadians that will support this.”
“I am calling on MP Cathy McLeod to refuse this privilege and to tell Canadians that she will not accept her Prime Minister’s invitation to move to the front of the line”.
