A few weeks ago, we featured Ian Newbery of the band Danny Echo in our ‘Where are they now?’ series. Ian is from 100 Mile House and now living in Vancouver where their band is quickly growing in popularity.
Ian reports, “We've just released the new single version of "Tomorrow Today," produced by Jeff Dawson (Daniel Powter, The Dudes) and mixed by Mike Fraser (ACDC, Franz Ferdinand). The song is getting regular, daily airplay on The Rush in 100 Mile, Williams Lake, and Quesnel. It is also being played regularly on 100.5 The Peak in Vancouver.”Tomorrow Today is available as a free download on their website. Here is the direct link:
Ian also states, “In other news, thanks to our friends in 100 Mile House we have picked up a bit of momentum in the Peak Performance Project online voting. The vote ends on November 30th. If anyone else in 100 Mile is interested in helping us out, here's the link to vote. It only takes a few seconds, and the $150,000 prize would help boost our music career in a big way!”
Check out the single of Tomorrow Today – it’s really enjoyable, and don’t forget to vote for Danny Echo!
