Located in Lone Butte, Vera launched Arrivera Aesthetics last summer, and travels to her clients’ homes as part of her unique service in rural areas.

Vera does natural manicures and pedicures, as well as French polish. She is a certified Shiatsu Face Lift Therapist. “Shiatsu is a gentle and affective technique that focuses on improving facial appearance and offers deep relaxation to both mind and body,” she explained. “This treatment has been traditionally used to smooth out lines and wrinkles---it tightens and tones facial muscles, brightens your eyes and helps you achieve a youthful, radiant, glowing skin.”
She also said that Shiatsu Face Lifts can help reduce headaches, tired strained eyes and may help in draining sinuses.
“I saw a need in the Lone Butte/100 Mile House area for these services because there are a lot of seniors with limited mobility: it’s easier for them if service comes directly to their homes,” she continued. “Seniors benefit greatly from these treatments.”
She said that it’s easy to overlook care of your feet, and that regular treatments can be immensely helpful. "My clients have positive, totally relaxing and positive experiences, and I sincerely enjoy making them feel good,” she explained. “I love seeing people happy and smiling after a treatment.”
In order to retain the new muscle tone and texture of the skin, treatments are recommended at weekly intervals of 4 weeks, followed by monthly maintenance sessions.
